Delivery Information
At The Cosy Soul, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about our delivery process.
Free Standard UK Delivery
On all orders over £50 (value of the order must be £50 after a discount code is applied).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We send parcels on a Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Free Local Delivery
We’re pleased to offer free local delivery within 3 miles of NG15 8, covering Hucknall and surrounding areas including Linby, Papplewick, Annesley, Bestwood Village and Watnall.
Your order will be hand-delivered with care, usually within 3 working days, and I'll contact you regarding a delivery time.
If you're not sure whether you're in our local delivery zone, simply enter your postcode at the checkout. Eligible addresses will automatically see the Free Local Delivery option.
Standard UK Delivery - £3.99
We aim to dispatch standard deliveries within 2 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We send parcels on a Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Express UK Delivery - £5.99
We send out any next day deliveries on the same day if the order is received by 2pm. This includes weekdays Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent out the following day.

We send express parcels on a Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
